To comply with this training policy the management shall ensure :

An integrated training package of inductional, functional and managerial training will be imparted to trainees’.
Effective on the job training have been imparted.
Professionally enhanced trainers from various hierarchy level, have been headhunted.
Organizational Practical oriented training in the areas of Recruitment, training, presentations, meetings, conferences, individual assessment, communication development, interpersonal skills, customer relationship skills & problem solving skills have been imparted.
Ensure the availability of adequate resources to fulfill the training schedule & placement.
Ensure the management alignment towards long- term objective (ie) unemployment free world.
